Prior to becoming a real estate Professional, Joseph owned and operated several small businesses. He was responsible for the overall design, development and growth of these companies, which has lead to developing extensive business acumen.
Joseph’s time in running JMC Property Investment Group, real estate investing, allowed him to master negotiation and wholesaling, while gaining invaluable knowledge with creative strategy within lease options and finance in the residential arena.
